We offer the following standard forms of paid support to best help you with using the ITR system with our partner Quopt IT Services.

Support for your technical operations staff

Our technical support staff will assist you in setting up and operating the ITR system on your servers. Our staff supports the ITR system and in this way you can benefit from their experience with the ITR and the best practices from our other customers.

Support is charged on a per server or server cluster basis and per contact person.

Support for your staff using the ITR system

Your staff that is using the ITR can call on our support desk for questions on how to best use the ITR. They can also benefit from the direct line of our support staff with the ITR developers. We make frequent changes to the ITR to help your organisation make the best use of the ITR.

Support for your staff excludes support for report, test and screen template functionalities. This is a different specialism requiring a special support contract.

Support is charged on a per consultant staff member basis that can access our helpdesk.

Support for test, report and screen template development

Our specialists are highly skilled in developing screen templates, tests and reports for our customer base. We often assist organisations that want to use their own instruments in the ITR. If you would like to develop the instruments yourself in the ITR and you need support then our specialists are ready to help!

Support is charged on a per consultant staff member basis that can access our helpdesk.
